Working in tech I get to see many types of people with varying backgrounds. one of the things I like to ask is how someone stays in shape. Since the tech industry is mostly sedentary in nature most of us sit for long periods of time during the day. I personally love to work out and I find it lets me function better when I am working if I have a consistent work out routine, breaking up the SEO webdesign and work is Key.
